Polyolefin resin scrap is collected by trucks from plastics manufacturers throughout Japan. The scrap is thoroughly sorted and stored in our proud intermediate treatment facilities.
The collected and sorted polyolefin resin raw material is granulated. Daily production of over 100 tons is possible, due to the introduction of new cutting-edge shredders capable of processing recyclable lumps etc. that are too hard or too soft to granulate with regular machines.
Various raw materials can be processed due to the introduction of equipment and machines that only a few in domestic plastic industry employ. By improving the environment, the amount of dust generated during granulating is reduced leading to improvement of product quality.

We thoroughly control the product quality by setting a detailed management system at each process. During granulating, inspections by metal detectors etc. are conducted to check contamination in the materials. During extrusion, we carefully control the temperature and machine operation to prevent pressure increase in the machine that occurs when there is contamination. Regarding the products, we always take samples and check each pellet batch for color contamination, foam traces such as bubbles, and so on.
