Personal Information

3. Correction and Deletion of Personal Information

Users may request the Company to correct, add, or delete (hereinafter referred to as “correction, etc.”) their Personal Information held by the Company through prescribed procedures if such information is incorrect.

Suspension of Use of Personal Information

Upon request from the individual to suspend or delete (hereinafter referred to as “Suspension of Use, etc.”) Personal Information on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or that it was obtained through wrongful means, the Company shall conduct necessary investigation without delay.

Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if suspension of use would require considerable expense or is otherwise difficult, and alternative measures necessary to protect the user’s rights and interests can be taken, such alternative measures shall be implemented.

The content of this Policy may be changed without notice to users, except for matters otherwise prescribed by laws and regulations or this Policy. Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time of posting on this website.
