Plastic Wood is strong, durable and natural wood-like material that does not decompose. In order to preserve limited forest resources, it is produced from raw materials such as plastic resin, which is one of the industrial wastes.
TOYO CHEMICAL shares communication with clients who use recycled plastics and provides products at grades that meet clients' requirements. With pride as a recycling manufacturer, we pursue extremely high technology and established a thorough management system to maintain quality. Regarding quality control at each process, we check for contamination by foreign substances during granulating, control temperature with high accuracy, re-check for contamination by foreign substances, and check products one by one before shipment. In this way, we provide high-quality plastic raw materials extremely close to virgin raw materials (unused original raw materials) to clients. As a result, we have established stable business relationships with major enterprises handling plastics, and earned very high level of trust from our clients.
TOYO CHEMICAL has introduced the facility, which only a handful of domestic companies dealing with plastics own. This has enabled us to handle a variety of raw materials and improve productivity. We currently operate round the clock. Our main products are general purpose resins such as polyolefin (PP: Polypropylene/PE: Polyethylene etc.) , and recently, we are also focusing on PET resin (raw material for plastic bottles). We improved our product quality by creating an environment with very high air cleanliness, differentiating ourselves from the competition. Using the top-class facility in Japan with current production capacity of 3,000 tons per month, we stably provide high-quality recycled pellets to clients, realizing assured business operations.
