Since 1994, Toyo Chemical has been utilizing high-performance extrusion machines from Austria to produce recycled plastic materials. This has enabled us to process various raw materials, improve productivity, and establish a 24-hour production system. Our main products include general-purpose resins such as polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE), with increasing ocus on PET, the raw material for PET bottles.
To further differentiate from others, we have created a highly clean manufacturing environment, significantly enhancing product quality. With a monthly production capacity of 3,000 tons, we now operate one of Japan’s top-class recycling facilities, ensuring a stable supply of high-quality recycled pellets for our customers.
